Parent Coaching is designed for one or both parents (primary caregivers) and focuses on practical goal-setting and psychoeducation to address common parenting challenges. These may include childhood development, supporting a struggling child, staying united during difficult times, and developing new parenting strategies.
This solution-focused approach empowers parents to work collaboratively with a coach to find meaningful and lasting solutions to their parenting concerns.
Parent coaching can be provided to anyone, anywhere, with in-person sessions limited to specific locations.
