“Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it”
-Tori Amos
Individual coaching and counseling uses various theoretical and pragmatic approaches to finding and healing the wounds clients often carry. They will often employ the past to help navigate current struggles and to challenge core belief systems to help equip individuals to handle new stressors in the future.
Both, individual coaching, and individual counseling, invite clients to challenge their thoughts and behaviors in order to become a healthier version of themselves. A licensed clinician is required for in-person Individual Therapy and can only be provided in the state of that licensed therapist.
In our case, North Carolina.
Teletherapy Note: Changes have been made where some states allow Teletherapy.
Individual Teletherapy would vary by state.
Individual Coaching can be provided no matter the client location.
