“Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it”
-Tori Amos
Individual counseling utilizes a range of theoretical and practical approaches to help clients heal the emotional wounds they carry. These methods often draw from the past to address current challenges and shift core belief systems, empowering individuals to better handle future stressors.
Through individual counseling, clients are encouraged to examine and challenge their thoughts and behaviors, fostering personal growth and a healthier version of themselves. A licensed clinician is required for in-person therapy, which can only be provided within the state where the therapist is licensed.
For us, that means North Carolina.
Teletherapy Note: Some states have made changes that allow for Teletherapy. Individual Teletherapy services may vary by state.
In addition to Individual Counseling, we also offer Individual Coaching. This approach uses a more systematic method of healing and can be provided regardless of the client’s location. In-person sessions, however, are subject to location limits.
