The Story
Hills and Valleys Family Coaching and Counseling was born during a season of deep personal reflection. In 2022, while navigating changes I knew I needed to make, I took a solo drive across the Bonneville Salt Flats—miles of quiet desert, one tree in sight, and a long stretch of road inviting clarity.
As I drove, the landscape shifted. The flat valley opened toward snow-capped mountains in the distance—two very different terrains, each with its own challenges and beauty. Valleys endure heat, drought, and storms. Mountains face isolation, fog, and harsh conditions. Yet both offer moments of peace, growth, and renewal.
In that space, the name Hills and Valleys Family Coaching and Counseling settled deeply in my heart. It became a reminder that no season is wasted and no path is walked alone. With prayer, guidance, and courage to step into the unknown, that quiet moment became a calling.
Life brings hills, valleys, deserts, and mountains for every individual and family. Wherever you find yourself today, my hope is to walk alongside you—helping you navigate this season and move toward clarity, healing, and hope.
— Brandie
The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.
